Dispute Resolution
Dispute resolution is one of the main areas of Sirel & Partners Law Firm. We represent clients in civil, administrative, criminal and misdemeanour proceedings, as well as in arbitration.
Regardless of whether or not you have to go to court yourself, you have been sued, or are otherwise involved in legal proceedings, our lawyers will work to ensure that you can concentrate on your main business and entrust the court proceedings to a lawyer. Our specialised litigation team will develop the necessary strategy to effectively protect the interests of our clients. We care about our clients; therefore, we always provide an honest opinion of the prospects of a dispute so that the client can make an informed decision. Our team has successfully represented clients in large and complicated as well as in simpler disputes. Clients trust our lawyers.
However, litigation may not always be the best way to protect the client’s rights. In this case, we provide recommendations on how to resolve disagreements in the most reasonable manner. If necessary, we negotiate with the counterparty and/or their representatives on behalf of our client.
We represent clients in all national courts and court instances, as well as in the court of arbitration. Our lawyers have represented clients also in the courts in Finland. In addition, the firm has a very efficient cooperation network with law firms in different countries, which makes it possible to quickly find a lawyer in the required country with whom to work.
