Law Firm Sirel & Partners partner Janno Kuusk advised the Finnish company Länsiauto OY on the transfer of Opel sales company, which are located in Tallinn. He prepared relevant transaction documents and advised the client throughout the process.
Länsiauto OY is the one of Finland´s largest car sales groups, which serves both private and business customers in ten different dealerships in Finland.
The turnover of the group in 2022 was over 243 million euros.
