Katrina Juhkami works as a sworn attorney at Sirel & Partners Law Firm since 6th of December 2021.
Prior to joining Sirel & Partners legal team, Katrina worked as a sworn attorney and a partner at Law Office Küllike Namm.
Katrina provides legal services primarily in the areas of bankruptcy law, law of obligation, commercial law, contract law, administrative law, real estate and construction law and law enforcement.
Katrina has successfully represented several well-known Estonian companies in civil and administrative court proceedings. She prepares and analyzes various legal documents and represents clients in various stages of bankruptcy proceedings and in real estate transactions.
Katrina obtained her master’s degree in law in 2010 from University of Tartu.
Since 2011 Katrina has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association and a sworn attorney since 2013. In addition, she has been elected a Judge of Sports Arbitration of the Estonian Olympic Committee.
Katrina is proficient in English and fluent in German.
