An article published in weekly Eesti Ekspress described how several entrepreneurs have run into difficulties when banks close the company’s bank accounts or refuse to open them without clear reasons. A bank account is obviously vital for any entrepreneur in order to make payments or conduct business activities.
Entrepreneurs who have found themselves in such a situation have been represented in several court cases by sworn attorneys Anneli Aab and Steven-Hristo Evestus of Sirel & Partners Law Firm, who stand for the protection of entrepreneurs’ rights and for bank decisions not to be made unreasonably.
