Sworn attorney Stig Hendrikson specializes in dispute resolution, having significant experience in both civil and administrative court cases.
Stig has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of insolvency law and has represented both creditors and debtors in all stages of bankruptcy proceedings. Stig also advises companies on the restructuring of claims, debt restructuring and issues related to corporate and commercial law. In addition, he deals with public procurement, advising clients on both the procurement procedure and on issues related to the performance and amendment of procurement contracts. Stig also represents clients in the appeals committee and in court proceedings.
Having knowledge of privacy and data protection law, Stig is providing clients with comprehensive legal advice in the field of data protection and privacy law (including GDPR and NIS2).
Stig joined the team of Sirel & Partners Law Firm in 2026. During 2023-2026, he worked as a sworn attorney at the Magnusson Law Firm, and previously at the Priit Palmiste Law Firm (2015-2023) and at the Ministry of Social Affairs (2014-2015).
Stig obtained the Master’s Degree in Law in 2014 from the University of Tartu.
