Sworn attorney Raiko Paas works mainly in the field of court procedure, administrative law, criminal law and contract law.
Raiko works at Law Firm Sirel & Partners since 2012. Before joining Sirel & Partners, Raiko has been a consultant at administrative court and a lawyer at Law Office Laus & Partners.
Raiko began his studies in the Faculty of Law at University of Tartu in 2004, where he obtained master’s degree in 2014.
Raiko has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2014 and a sworn attorney 2022.
Raiko is proficient on a professional level in Russian and English.
