Sirel & Partners – Law Firm is expanding its team of partners.

Our newest addition to the circle of partners is Attorney at Law Kristel Viru.

Kristel has worked for Sirel &Partners since 2013 and specializes in different parts of private law including law of obligations, family law and employment law, but also public law including administrative law (public procurement and construction and planning) and procedural law  to name the few resolving in court and out-of court disputes regarding those mentioned.

During all the years worked Kristel has stood out by showing the highest dedication contributing greatly to the professionalism of our bureau.

She has shown very high standards of work ethic, excellent quality and reliability and also very good relations with colleagues.

Our goal is to bring together the best specialists in the legal field and by doing that offering our clients the highest quality legal assistance. Therefore naming Kristel as partner is a logical step in realizing our firm´s long-term goals.

There are total of 4 partners leading our firm: Managing Partner Jüri Sirel, Janno Kuusk, Kalle-Kaspar Sepper and Kristel Viru.

The Estonian Government has declared an emergency situation concerning with the spread of coronavirus since March 12, 2020.
The economic environment has changed drastically, and many employers find themselves in a position where they are faced with dramatic drop in demand and are looking for ways to reduce labor costs.
Looking at long-term solutions redundancies are the answer, short-term however it is possible to temporarily reduce the wages of existing personnel down to official minimum wage.
